​Kendra Hillier and Chelsea Moreau met in 2016 when they were both competing in the 2016 Massachusetts Extreme Mustang Makeover as horse trainers given about 100 days to tame, gentle, and ride their randomly assigned, untouched, wild Mustangs in competition with other trainers. Kendra and Chelsea got together and brought their competition Mustang mares (female horses) to a few events together, and both trainers won the bid to keep their mares following the competition!

A couple years following the competition, Chelsea helped Kendra through hard times to keep Allura, and, as time went on, Chelsea and Kendra's life paths further paralleled and entwined. (Allura now lives at Kendra's parent's and has become a fantastic family horse for Kendra's toddler son, Zander!)

Kendra had worked for a business doing travelling petting zoos and pony rides for nearly a decade while also managing horse farms, training horses, and teaching horseback riding lessons, and she had discussed how much fun it would be to eventually start her own travelling zoo one day! Chelsea had some chickens, horses and ponies...later, some pigs...and then, goats! So, after some collaboration, Kendra started collecting supplies and all of the pets that she didn't previously have a good excuse to own! Following a practice party at the farm, then off-site, Kendra launched New England Party Animals in July of 2022! Since, we have been blessed to have had over 500 amazing events with our animals!
